I am Kailas Jadhav IE 23 . Sir , it is wonderful & most challenging day for me in my life. I can not forgot todays entire session.
First we discussed how to go to Nal Stop.We decided to spred & meet at Nal Stopat 10.45 am. I took lift for three times. We all meet at Nal Stop at 10.55 am.After that we tried to get job in optician shop . In first try saumya got job in Optical shop . I & Siddarth tried in many places like grossary shop , restaurant, bear bar.But we dont cleared our need of one day job to their owner. I emerged with wonderful idea . We decided to say that we are from Satara belonging to Rayat Shikshan Sansthas Engineering College & worked in " EARN & LEARN SCHEME" & have to complete practical project given to us in college .
We visited Petrol pump named Kothrud Petrol Circle near to Karve Statue .I convinced owner Mr. Vijay Lodha about our need & he offered us 75 Rs./person. I demanded for 150 Rs.
Ultimately he got ready to give 100 Rs./ person.He gave me task to make PUC check up , but accidently there was no vehicle for Puc in next 15-20 minutes . I shifted to fueling station where I trained by Nikhil for 5-10 minutes . after 10 minutes. I was responsible for that fuel station for next 2 Hours . My point is on 2T Mix petrol for Autorikhaws. For first 25-30 minutes it was easy to me to work. at one point I missed zero setting & filled 5.5 Ltr petrol on demand of just only 2 Ltr.I was in big trouble now, rikshaw-wala quarreling with me for next 5 minutes . I convinced him to take out extra 3.5 Ltr.But he gave me only 3 Ltr. & there was loss for me of 37 Rs. Becaused of that incident I loose my confidence . Nikhil encoureged me by his own experiences. I was concious from that time time on Zero setting . In 2 Hrs. I sale 51 ltrs. of petrol of 3592Rs. in 3555 Rs. with 37 Rs. loss.I deposit all cash to Nikhil .
Then after I worked with Siddarth as traffic controller .I divert traffic to various stations as per requirment . Lot of people & Worker on pump was looking to us curiously because of our dress & looks . They assumed us as Supervisor or Manager or HP Executive.I catch attenction of lot of customer by telling them " Ur vehicle lights are ON ". Lot of them smile me because of my observation & pay attenction toward them .
After some time there was one Rikshawala complaint about quality to worker. That worker gave me a call & represent me as HP Executive . I took that oportunity & assured about quality of fuel is as per standard. One Vehickle owner abusing one worker . I went that place & ask him problem.He told me that that person dont give him proper service. I convienced him in marathi & he convinced within minute .After collecting all information I came to the conclusion that it was not service issue but Marathi-Hindi , Maharashtrian-OMS issue. It is a big trouble in Maharashtra especially in Pune & Nashik.
After 3.30 pm , our two batchemates also joined us on petrol pump. People was look like a mad when one of lady from them two worked on fuel station & tried to fill petrol in vechile. I got one new concept of advertising.
At 5 pm we mate Mr. Lodha & collect our 200 Rs..We get very good reply from him about our work .He shared his past experiences ewith us . Greeting all Staf & Worker we left that place & joined Soumya. By taking lift in Car we reached at Kamala Nehru Park.The person named Anil bora who gave us lift is a Enterpruner & having four units of Pharmacitical company . He also working in construction bucsiness since last 10 year. I impressed by his attitude toward us.
